Of course! I understand that life happens and sometimes you will not be available to take your lesson. You can cancel a lesson up to 1 hour before your lesson, however you must reschedule your lesson for the following week. The same goes for me if I need to cancel a lesson.

Don't call us, we will call you! :) 1. THE CALL If you want to take your lessons by phone, I will call you at the hour of your booked lesson. If you prefer to take your lessons on Zoom, follow the Zoom link at the hour of your booked lesson, where I will be waiting for you. 2. THE DURATION Lessons are 20 minutes long, unless you book a longer lesson. A double lesson is 40 minutes long. Lessons can be as long as you need them to be as long as you book them in advance. 3. THE CONTENT Lessons are built according to the individual need of each student and content will be prepared ahead of the lesson. However, if there is something specific you want to talk about or work on during our time together, lessons are totally flexible and I will accomodate any requests. 4. THE FEEDBACK After every lesson, you will receive an email with feedback from your lesson outlining everything we discussed, including the topic of our conversation, grammar covered, mistakes made with corrections, new vocabulary, and any other information gathered during our time together.
